This role leads field crews and office staff to ensure timely, accurate deliverables across residential and commercial development projects. The ideal candidate holds a North Carolina PLS license (preferred) with 3+ years of progressive surveying management experience, and proficiency with Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Trimble field equipment.

Qualifications

• NC PLS licensure preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive surveying management experience.
• Proficiency with Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Trimble field equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field and office surveying and geomatics group (field crews and staff).
• Plan, organize, and supervise survey crews, technicians and staff.
• Administer contracts and manage projects, coordinate assignments and deadlines.
• Prepare proposals for potential projects and review monthly billing.
• Review and approve weekly timesheets.
