Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. in Tampa, Florida, seeks a Survey Project Coordinator I to assist Project Surveyors and Project Managers with project administration, scheduling, and data processing. You will produce maps and drawings, monitor quality and budgets, meet schedules, and help train field staff.

You’ll coordinate production of maps to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation Civil 3D, ArcGIS/Survey123, BlueBeam Revu, and Excel is preferred; a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree in Land Surveying or related field and/or 3 years field surveying experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D and data processing.
• Proficiency with BlueBeam Revu, ArcGIS or Survey123.
• Strong Excel skills and GIS data handling.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Produce maps and drawings to support projects.
• Ensure quality, on-time delivery within budgets and client service.
• Train and mentor field staff.
• Coordinate map and drawing production to meet budgets and schedules.
• Manage field data transfer and GIS data workflows.
• Apply surveying methods and as-built deliverables per standards.
