Job summary

With over 30 years of expertise in land surveying, we deliver construction stakeouts, boundary surveys, and 3D laser scanning to clients in construction, engineering, and land development. In this role you will compose correspondence, manage project files, coordinate field work, assist management, and help with billing and client communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further CAD training is a plus.
• Experience in administrative roles in surveying or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Able to coordinate project requirements and support management
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel essential

Responsibilities

• Compose and/or type correspondence for letters and proposals.
• Manage project documents and billing processes; prepare client statistics.
• Coordinate field work scheduling and site access.
• Create monthly billing spreadsheets and assist with invoicing.
• Support project team and management; liaise with clients and agencies.
