Job summary

Control Point Associates, Inc. in Warren, NJ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead surveying projects, including construction stakeouts, boundary surveys, and 3D laser scanning, while guiding staff and coordinating with clients.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in surveying, 4+ years in construction surveying, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, strong business development skills, and excellent communication. PLS and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee survey activities, staff, resources, and client communications across multiple projects.
• Provide weekly progress and status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control reviews, safety, and QA procedures.
• Monitor project budgets and profitability; assist with invoicing and collections.
• Support business development and build client relationships.
• Prepare contract documents and staff development activities.
