The role requires 8+ years of survey experience and a licensed surveyor in MA/NH/ME, with strong business development and client communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor in MA, NH, or ME.
• Proven track record of business development and leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to relate to clients and people at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of survey documents and plans.
• Provide weekly progress and status reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee surveying activities, staff, and client communication across multiple projects.
• Prepare and execute quality control reviews and QA procedures.
• Support business development and client relationships.
