David Evans and Associates, Inc. seeks a Survey Party Chief in Olympia, WA to lead boundary, topography, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction surveys with a survey crew.

You will operate Trimble total stations and GPS, collect data, perform computations in Trimble Business Center, and prepare field notes and deliverables.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of field survey experience.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Clean driving record (details in posting).
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred; related certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform boundary, topography, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction surveys.
• Operate and maintain survey equipment including Trimble and Leica instruments.
• Collect and process field data; perform survey computations with Trimble Business Center and Leica.
• Maintain detailed field notes and data files; verify deliverables for accuracy.
• Coordinate, lead, and mentor survey crew personnel.
