Qualifications

• Professional licensed surveyor with active certification.
• 10 years of industry experience.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Arizona Survey department and oversee budget, client relations, and business development.
• Collaborate with PMs to establish timeframes, budgets, staffing, and schedules.
• Provide guidance to survey staff and ensure project plans are executed.
• Utilize AutoCAD and related software to support project delivery and client service.
