This role requires strong management skills and a strategic mindset to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and financial targets. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual plans, supervise field and office staff, and guide proposals and client communications.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the industry.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise business and project operations in the Nevada Survey department, including budget, client relations, and business development.
• Direct daily activities of the Nevada Survey department, including project time and cost estimates; oversee manpower and project projections.
• Establish annual business plans with the President and Vice President.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedules.
• Balance staffing and workload; organize project teams; analyze team and group financial performance.
• Initiate corrective actions and report results to management.
• Assist with developing project proposals as needed; respond to project inquiries; serve as liaison between client and project team members.
• Research project information and utilize AutoCAD and other related software as needed.
• Provide guidance to team members and communicate with other survey staff.
