LJA Engineering in Flagstaff, AZ, seeks a seasoned Survey Manager to lead the Arizona Survey Department, directly supervising Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers and survey technicians.

This on-site role blends client relations, budget oversight and business development with hands-on project leadership. You’ll collaborate with PMs to plan timeframes, staffing and costs, supervise daily activities, develop proposals, and foster strong client partnerships while guiding a diverse team using

Qualifications

• Professional Licensed Surveyor required.
• 10 years’ experience in the industry.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Arizona Survey department operations and budget.
• Oversee client relations and business development.
• Coordinate staffing, timeframes, and project costs.
• Lead project teams and assist with proposals.
• Use AutoCAD and related software as needed.
