LJA Engineering in Arizona is seeking a Survey Manager to lead the Arizona Survey Department, supervising Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers and survey staff, with a focus on budget, client relations and business development.

You will establish annual business plans, collaborate with PMs, allocate resources, prepare proposals, and serve as the liaison between clients and project teams, using AutoCAD and related software.

Formación

• 10 years’ experience in the industry.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily activities of the Arizona Survey department, including PMs and survey technicians.
• Oversee budget, client relations and business development for the department.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to determine timeframes, budgets and staffing.
