LJA, an employee-owned firm, is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead the Nevada Survey Department in Las Vegas. You will supervise daily operations, manage budgets, client relations, and business development, while guiding a team of survey technicians and support staff.

You will work with Project Managers to set timeframes, budgets, and staffing; maintain executive-level client relationships; and use AutoCAD and related software to deliver high-quality survey projects in the region.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years in the surveying industry.
• Minimum 10 years in project management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Public Works and Commercial experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of the Nevada Survey department.
• Develop budgets, client relations and business development plans.
• Coordinate with PMs to determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedule.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Utilize AutoCAD and related software as needed.
• Provide guidance to team members.
