Qualifications

• Professional Licensed Surveyor is required.
• 10 years’ experience in the industry.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Denver Survey department, including project time and cost estimates.
• Establish annual business plan with the President and VP and collaborate with PMs.
• Balance staffing and workload; organize project teams.
• Analyze financial performance and initiate corrective actions.
• Support development of project proposals and respond to inquiries.
• Serve as liaison between client and project team; communicate with staff.
