Job summary

Energy Land & Infrastructure, LLC seeks a qualified Survey Manager (PLS) to lead survey projects around Nashville, TN. This role requires independent work, client communication, and collaboration with senior leadership to grow the survey practice.

Responsibilities include project management, field surveys, data processing, and QA/QC of deliverables, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to proposals. TN licensure preferred; multi-state licensing encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 year degree in surveying/engineering/construction management preferred.
• TN Professional Surveyor licensure or ability to become licensed in other states.
• Experience with Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, GEOPAK, Trimble Business Center, PLS CADD, GNSS, 3D scanning or UAS (107).
• 5+ years in survey project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey projects in Nashville area.
• Coordinate with design staff and clients to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure QA/QC of deliverables.
• Oversee field surveys, data processing, and deliverables.
• Support business development and proposals.
