Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. seeks a Professional Land Surveyor for our Johnson City, TN office to lead a growing survey practice, provide technical oversight, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality field and office deliverables.

You will identify opportunities for growth, drive business development, manage client relationships, and collaborate with other practices to deliver integrated solutions for our clients in a multidisciplinary firm.

Formación

• PLS certification required and active licensure.
• 10+ years of land surveying experience.
• Proven ability to lead business development and client management.
• Experience mentoring staff and building teams.
• Experience in multidisciplinary consulting preferred.
• Existing client network is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and technicians.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC of surveys and deliverables.
• Oversee project quality, safety, and timelines.
• Drive business development and expand services with clients.
• Collaborate with other practices to address client needs.
