Job summary

LeoForce seeks an Experienced Survey Manager in our San Diego office. The role requires a California PLS license and 5+ years of office mapping experience on private land development or public works projects, with proven leadership to manage staff and clients.

You will oversee CAD deliverables, coordinate with City/County agencies, mentor team members, and drive landmark projects across Southern California. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Active California PLS license is required.
• 5+ years of office mapping experience on private land development or public works projects.
• Strong knowledge of California Subdivision Map Act, Professional Surveyors Act, and local Civil Codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and manage multiple project deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients and partners to deliver mapping projects.
• Prepare exhibits and legal descriptions.
• Oversee CAD drawings including boundary surveys, topographic maps, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and subdivision maps.
