Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional land surveying experience.
• Experience leading survey crews and survey department operations.
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, construction staking, control surveys.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, MS Word & Excel; excellent communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day survey department operations and field/offices staff.
• Oversee boundary, topographic, construction staking and control surveys.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, contractors and clients.
• Review survey data, CAD drawings, calculations for accuracy.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, schedules and monitor project progress.
• Mentor and develop survey teams and support client relationships.
