Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Experienced Survey Manager for our San Diego office. A California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required.

You will lead a talented mapping team on landmark private development and public works projects, collaborating with clients and partners to turn visions into reality. In this role you’ll manage staff, coordinate deadlines, and drive technical excellence in CAD surveys, boundary analyses, and ALTA surveys, with strong growth opportunities within our expanding

Qualifications

• California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
• 5+ years of office mapping experience on private land development and/or public works projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the California Subdivision Map Act, Professional Surveyors Act, and local Civil Codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and manage multiple project deadlines for private development and public works.
• Prepare CAD drawings including boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and subdivision maps.
• Collaborate with clients and internal/external partners to deliver landmark projects across Southern California.
