Haley Ward is seeking an experienced Port St. Lucie Land Surveyor / Project Manager to lead projects as an employee-owner. The role combines surveying expertise with project leadership, client coordination, and budget oversight in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of ten years of surveying experience.
• Ability to manage projects and teams.
• Working knowledge of modern survey techniques and computer programs.
• Registration as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida, or ability to attain within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directs project teams and ensures professional, economical products for each project.
• Works with other departments to fulfill contract requirements.
• Manages a project team and multiple projects; oversees budgets and estimates to completion.
• Prepares project proposals including scope of work, time, and manpower estimates; mentors junior staff.
• Drives business development and cross-sells services to existing clients.
• Participates in community affairs as encouraged.
