• Registration as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida, or ability to attain within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directs project teams to deliver professional, economical results.
• Manage contract budgets, timelines, and client communications.
• Prepare proposals with scope, time, and manpower estimates.
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff and pursue business development.
• Collaborate with Division Directors and Marketing to identify sales opportunities.
• Support community involvement and cross-divisional opportunities.
