The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, 10+ years of experience, active Florida PSM license or ability to obtain within 6 months, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of ten years of surveying experience.
• Registration as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida, or ability to attain within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directs project teams to deliver professional and economical surveying products.
• Manages budgets and schedules, and communicates changes to clients.
• Prepares proposals and scopes of work.
• Mentors junior staff and supports business development.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to meet contract requirements.
