Haley Ward is seeking a Land Surveyor / Project Manager in West Palm Beach, FL. You will plan, organize, and coordinate project activities under leadership guidance to ensure successful delivery while adhering to policies.

The role requires a Florida-registered Surveyor/Mapper (PSM) or ability to obtain within 6 months, a minimum of ten years’ surveying experience, and strong project management skills. This is an employee-owned firm committed to development and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering or equivalent.
• Ten years of surveying experience.
• Interest in managing projects and coordinating teams.
• Registration as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida, or ability to attain within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directs others toward producing a professional, economical, and effective product for each project.
• Manages a project team and multiple projects.
• Oversees budgets and estimates to completion; communicates scope and budget changes to clients.
• Prepares project proposals including scope, time, and manpower estimates.
• Mentors junior and mid-level staff and supports business development initiatives.
• Collaborates with divisions to identify sales opportunities and community engagement.
