Qualifications

• 3+ years in civil/site review in the US, with DOT or local land development exposure.
• PE in civil engineering or PLS preferred for the survey and mapping work.
• Experience reviewing submittals and coordinating agency resubmittals.

Responsibilities

• Review civil/site drawings and plan sets for compliance and accuracy.
• Produce plan review comments, exceptions, and RFI responses.
• Coordinate with agencies to advance submittals and permit processes.
• Mentor junior staff and review work to ensure consistency across projects.
