Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced civil/site and survey professionals to author and review plan sets, perform review of real drawings and maps, and ensure compliance with agency submittals. You will check elevations, contours, and exceptions, coordinating with a second reviewer before shipment.

Ideal candidates have PE/PLS credentials and 3+ years US-based experience, with the ability to move between drawing sets, aerials, topo maps, and parcel data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in civil/site/survey role within US standards.
• Experience reviewing drawings, maps and parcel data for agency submittals.
• Familiarity with DOT or local land development process.

Responsibilities

• Review civil grading, erosion, and sediment control plans for compliance.
• Perform plan checks for roadways, traffic control, utilities, and floodplain considerations.
• Verify ALTA/curation of survey items and title/closing survey checks.
• Coordinate with reviewers and engineers to respond to agency requests.
