Job summary

Qualifications

• US-based civil/land development professional with PE/PLS preferred.
• Experience reviewing site drawings, maps, aerials and civil plans.
• Ability to produce plan review comments and RFI responses.

Responsibilities

• Review civil, site and survey drawings and plans for compliance with US standards.
• Author plan review comments, track exceptions, and coordinate with reviewers.
• Validate quantities, contours, and elevations across submissions.
• Assist agency resubmittal cycles and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Work across jurisdictions with DOT or local land development practices.
