Job summary

Mercor is building a large set of evaluation tasks for the construction and property field, rooted in real drawings and site documents. You will author tasks and correct answers and participate in double checks with a reviewer before ship.

Tasks cover civil grading, erosion control, stormwater, roadway plan checks, and more. The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering, land development, land surveying, or geospatial background with 3+ years in the field, US standards knowledge, and PE/PLS

Qualifications

• 3+ years in site, civil or survey role.
• US-based with US standards and DOT/local practice.
• PE in civil engineering, or PLS for survey work.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, maps and site plans for completeness and accuracy.
• Mentor EITs or survey crews and drive project quality.
• Coordinate with agencies for resubmittals and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
