Job summary

AHBL Inc. is seeking a Survey Crew Chief for our Tri-Cities office.

You will plan, organize, and direct the survey crew to ensure work is completed within budget and to client satisfaction, performing both office and field tasks across residential subdivisions, educational facilities, and military installations. We require 6+ years of surveying experience and a strong knowledge of surveying principles, with hands-on experience using TDS, Trimble software, Trimble robotic total stations, and GPS

Qualifications

• 6+ years of surveying experience required.
• Experience as Survey Crew Chief or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and practices.
• Proficient with field notes organization and staking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must hold a WA driver’s license and obtain military installation clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the survey crew to stay within budget and satisfy clients.
• Perform a mix of office and field work on diverse projects.
• Conduct ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, route surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
