Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our survey crew. This role will initially start as an instrument man with opportunities to grow into a rod man. You will be responsible for assisting the Party Chief in carrying out survey tasks safely and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in land surveying while working on a major highway design project.
This position involves 100% fieldwork, reporting to the Party Chief/Field Coordinator. During inclement weather, you will be paid for 40 hours a week and assist in the office, learning CAD and other skills. The role requires you to be outside in all different weather conditions. There is no mandatory overtime, but opportunities are available if you choose to work extra hours. The company has been established for 50 years and has a stable backlog of work, providing a reliable and supportive work environment.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
