The S&C Quality Supervisor is an experienced Quality professional responsible for overseeing the Service and Capabilities (S&C) team’s process performance, continuously achieving KPIs in compliance with requirements and regulations.

This supervisor provides day-to-day work directions for the team, focusing on maintaining steady workflow, resource allocation, and productivity, while also executing individual tasks within the process. This team leader contributes to strategic process improvement initiatives and influences stakeholders to achieve S&C strategic goals. This position is remote, based in Colombia.

Service and Capabilities Team scope includes:

  • Complaint Handling Return
  • Product Hold Order (PHO)
  • Non-Conforming (NC)
  • MPS Support
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Oversee and own the S&C team’s process performance, achieving KPIs in compliance with regulations
  • Establish and monitor team performance objectives
  • Manage work allocation and priorities to ensure KPI achievement
  • Monitor and analyze process metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
  • Support root cause analysis and resolution of process escalations
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and influence results
  • Supervise and mentor the team, supporting professional development
  • Foster a strong team culture emphasizing ethics, inclusion, and patient-first approach
  • Collaborate with other departments for alignment and problem-solving
  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives
  • Report team performance and culture to leadership
  • Support audit processes
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least five years of experience with Quality Management systems, preferably in medical devices
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Understanding of GDP and related processes
  • Knowledge of Complaint Handling, Product Hold Order, and Non-conforming processes
  • Project management experience

Additional knowledge in Operations/Supply Chain, ISO13485, DMAIC, Lean Sigma, SAP, Trackwise, Portuguese language skills, and ISO13485 certification are advantageous.
