The S&C Quality Supervisor is an experienced Quality professional responsible for overseeing the Service and Capabilities (S&C) team’s process performance, continuously achieving KPIs in compliance with requirements and regulations.
This supervisor provides day-to-day work directions for the team, focusing on maintaining steady workflow, resource allocation, and productivity, while also executing individual tasks within the process. This team leader contributes to strategic process improvement initiatives and influences stakeholders to achieve S&C strategic goals. This position is remote, based in Colombia.

Additional knowledge in Operations/Supply Chain, ISO13485, DMAIC, Lean Sigma, SAP, Trackwise, Portuguese language skills, and ISO13485 certification are advantageous.
