Belle is a fast growing engagement company that is revolutionizing home healthcare – and it all begins with the feet. With 25M+ U.S. seniors no longer able to see or reach their feet, a lack of self-care and mobility challenges cost the health insurance plans $38B+ in preventable medical spending every year.

Belle trains and manages a network of nail technicians or “Belle Technicians” who provide in-home foot care (medical pedicures). Belle uses data science to identify those most in need and deploys services accordingly. In the home, Belle Technicians complete assessments and screenings, often being the first to identify emerging issues. A team of remote nurses coordinates care to prevent serious episodes.

About This Role

As Belle’s first Operations Supervisor in Texas, you’ll drive growth, build a team, and create community impact in a new market. This remote role involves recruitment, market development, and operational excellence to ensure seniors receive in-home care. You’ll recruit, develop, and empower a team, foster partnerships, and use grassroots marketing to increase awareness. Key Responsibilities

Market Growth & Business Development

• Execute grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness
• Develop partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations
• Travel throughout Texas to support business development

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of Belle Technicians
• Provide coaching and performance management
• Foster a positive team culture

Operations & Quality Management

• Manage daily operations with company tools
• Ensure timely administrative tasks and reporting
• Monitor and optimize key metrics
• Implement scheduling strategies
• Ensure accurate data collection
• Conduct shadowing sessions for quality assurance
• Monitor attendance and minimize disruptions
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred)
• Experience managing remote teams, preferably in healthcare or service industries
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of scheduling and attendance policies
• Familiarity with healthcare service delivery
• Experience in business development or market expansion
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Fluency in Spanish (preferred); English required
