Job summary

SAM (Surveying And Mapping, LLC) is seeking a Survey Technician to support both office and field staff by processing information and producing final land surveying deliverables. You will report to the Project Manager and work with the latest A/E/C technologies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key duties include data processing to SAM standards, monitoring field crew production, and initial QC of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience required.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; MicroStation, Revit or similar application is a plus.
• Proficiency in technical math; Geometry and Trigonometry are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming information and produce final land surveying project deliverables.
• Report to the Project Manager and perform technical tasks using the latest technology in the A/E/C industry.
• Increase land survey project efficiency and client satisfaction by delivering high-quality outputs.
• Support field crew production and quality assurance; perform initial QC of field deliverables.
