SAM is seeking a Survey Technician to support both office and field staff. You will process incoming information and produce final land surveying deliverables, reporting to the Project Manager.

Technical tasks will utilize the latest A/E/C technology to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include data processing to SAM standards, monitoring field crews, preparing plats and drawings, and performing quality checks.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in technical math; Geometry and Trigonometry are a plus
• Strong computer and technical skills; AutoCAD Civil 3D required; MicroStation is a plus
• S.I.T. Certification is a plus however, it is not necessary
• Familiarity with GIS platforms is a plus however it is not necessary

Responsabilidades

• Process data using SAM standards while evaluating accuracy and sufficiency under supervisor guidance
• Monitor field crew production and quality assurance
• Prepare survey plats, drawings, legal descriptions and alignment drawings
• Perform quality control checks on plats, drawings, and deliverables
• Coordinate with supervisor to meet client-specific demands
