Job summary

SAM is seeking a Senior Survey Technician to support office and field staff by processing data and producing final land surveying deliverables. You will report to the Project Manager and apply the latest A/E/C technology to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the PM, processing field data, QC checks, training staff, providing field support, preparing plats, and ensuring regulatory and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in land surveying deliverables and field data processing.
• Ability to perform QC and field/office support.
• Proficiency in CAD and surveying standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager to meet office and field requirements.
• Process field data and perform initial CAD work on land survey deliverables.
• Assist with client deliverables QC and quality assurance.
• Monitor field crew production and QA.
• Train field and office staff in best practices and standards.
• Provide field support for land survey staff as needed.
• Conduct deed research, plotting, and map checks.
• Prepare land survey plats, drawings, and legal descriptions.
