R&R Engineers & Surveyors is seeking a Survey CAD Technician who knows their stuff and can keep projects moving. If you’re comfortable with Civil 3D, understand survey workflows, and want to be part of a team doing steady land development work, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role.

You’ll produce ALTA surveys, plats, easements, topo surveys, and legal descriptions, translate field data into clean Civil 3D drawings, work with point clouds, LiDAR, and drone data, and create clear

• Associate degree or technical certification in CAD, Surveying, or similar.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Producing ALTA surveys, plats, easements, topo surveys, and legal descriptions.
• Turning field data into clean, accurate Civil 3D drawings.
• Working with point clouds, LiDAR, and drone data.
• Creating clear, client-ready exhibits.
• Coordinating with surveyors and project managers to hit deadlines.
