Job summary

R&R Engineers & Surveyors is seeking a Survey CAD Technician who knows their stuff and can keep projects moving. If you’re comfortable with Civil 3D, understand survey workflows, and want to be part of a team doing steady land development work, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role.

You’ll produce ALTA surveys, plats, easements, topo surveys, and legal descriptions, translate field data into clean Civil 3D drawings, work with point clouds, LiDAR, and drone data, and create clear

What we’re lookingfor:

• Strong Civil 3D skills (thisis a must)
• Experience with TrimbleBusiness Center
• Familiarity with pointclouds, LiDAR, or photogrammetry (Pix4D or similar)
• Solid understanding of surveyworkflows, boundaries, and coordinate systems
• Someone who worksefficiently, catches mistakes early, and takes ownership of their work

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technicalcertification in CAD, Surveying, or similar
• 2+ years of relevantexperience (more experience = higher pay)

Pay & details:

• $35–$40.77/hour depending onexperience
• Full-time, hourly(non-exempt)
• Onsite with someflexibility/hybrid options
