Job summary

R&R Engineers & Surveyors is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to produce ALTA surveys, plats, and topo surveys. You will transform field data into precise Civil 3D drawings and work with LiDAR and drone data to prepare clear client exhibits.

Ideal candidates have strong Civil 3D skills, experience with Trimble Business Center, and a solid understanding of survey workflows and coordinate systems. Onsite with hybrid options and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in CAD, Surveying, or similar
• 2+ years relevant surveying/CAD experience
• Strong Civil 3D skills and familiarity with survey workflows

Responsibilities

• Produce ALTA surveys, plats, easements, and topo surveys
• Convert field data into clean Civil 3D drawings
• Work with point clouds, LiDAR, and drone data to create client-ready exhibits
• Coordinate with surveyors and PMs to meet deadlines

R&R Engineers& Surveyors is looking for a Survey CAD Technician whoknows their stuff and can keep projects moving.

If you’recomfortable working in Civil 3D, understand survey workflows, and want to bepart of a team doing consistent land development work, this is a greatopportunity to step into a key role.

What you’ll bedoing:

• Producing ALTA surveys,plats, easements, topo surveys, and legal descriptions
• Turning field data intoclean, accurate Civil 3D drawings
• Working with point clouds,LiDAR, and drone data
• Creating clear, client-readyexhibits
• Coordinating with surveyorsand project managers to hit deadlines

What we’re lookingfor:

• Strong Civil 3D skills (thisis a must)
• Experience with TrimbleBusiness Center
• Familiarity with pointclouds, LiDAR, or photogrammetry (Pix4D or similar)
• Solid understanding of surveyworkflows, boundaries, and coordinate systems
• Someone who worksefficiently, catches mistakes early, and takes ownership of their work

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technicalcertification in CAD, Surveying, or similar
• 2+ years of relevantexperience (more experience = higher pay)

Pay & details:

• $35–$40.77/hour depending onexperience
• Full-time, hourly(non-exempt)
• Onsite with someflexibility/hybrid options
