Qualifications

• Experience working with casino surveillance CCTV systems in a regulated gaming environment preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal team members and external guests.
• Proficient in computers and standard business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, relocate, and maintain surveillance cameras and related equipment.
• Install, terminate, and test cabling to support surveillance systems.
• Clean and service all surveillance equipment for optimal performance.
• Review digital surveillance records to ensure compliance with the Illinois Gaming Board’s minimum records retention requirements.
• Perform duties related to the Illinois Gaming Board’s statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program.
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality guest service to both internal and external guests in accordance with service standards.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times.
• Maintain compliance with Illinois Gaming Board rules, standards, company internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
• Perform all duties in accordance with policies and procedures established by PENN and Hollywood Casino Aurora.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
