Job summary

A leading entertainment company is seeking a Surveillance Team Member in Colorado. This role involves maintaining surveillance watch, recording irregular activities, and ensuring compliance with Gaming regulations. Ideal candidates will have good interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to sustain confidentiality. The position offers comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage and an education reimbursement program. Flexible scheduling is required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 0 to 1 year of Gaming Casino Surveillance experience.
  • Ability to pass a basic surveillance aptitude test gauging math skill.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain surveillance watch in all areas and activities.
  • Record any irregular activities as required.
  • Video surveillance of customers and employees in gaming areas.
  • Report violations of Gaming policies and safety concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of Gaming Regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of Gaming Regulations and company policies.
  • Adhere to department procedures and company policies.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by Surveillance Management.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company matters.
  • Be flexible with schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain surveillance watch in all areas and activities.
  • Record any irregular activities as required.
  • Video surveillance of the activities of customers and employees in all gaming and money handling areas.
  • Report (verbally and in writing) any violations of Gaming, company policies and procedures, and any safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
  • Report and offer solutions to any area of vulnerability to loss from internal or external sources.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Gaming Regulations, company policies and other department procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with department procedures and company policies.
  • Work on special projects as needed assigned by Surveillance Management.
  • Maintain strict confidence regarding company matters.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
Requirements
  • Gaming Casino Surveillance experience preferred (0 to 1 year)
  • Must pass a basic surveillance aptitude test gauging math skill.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of casino games and casino operations preferred.
  • Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Vision correctable to 20/20 with normal color acuity.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
