Job summary
Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is seeking a Surveillance Technical Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the surveillance engineering team and partner with shift leaders and the director. You will ensure system reliability, protect recordings, and coordinate maintenance and upgrades.
The ideal candidate has experience with enterprise video surveillance, cabling, NVR systems, and Microsoft Windows environments, with strong communication and training skills for non-technical users.
Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills required.
- Experience maintaining enterprise video surveillance systems, including cameras, storage/recording, networking, troubleshooting and documentation.
- Understanding of installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for basic software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment.
- Requires experience in low voltage cabling installation and termination.
- Must have strong communication and training skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily operations of the surveillance technical department.
- Protects access and recordings, manage system access and follow procedures.
- Plans maintenance, inventories, and budget considerations for equipment and upgrades.
- Lead the technical team, set priorities, assign work, and train staff.
