Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Surveillance Lead Operator to safeguard the property by monitoring activity, identifying risks, and reporting incidents.
You will guide and develop new team members, ensuring high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and vigilance across the Surveillance team. This role focuses on protecting guests, team members, and assets, with responsibilities spanning observation, documentation, and training to maintain a fair and secure gaming environment across
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year experience in casino surveillance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency license.
- Must be flexible with work schedule, including extended hours and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Observe all activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage, count rooms and other areas for criminal activity or violations.
- Operate monitor room equipment.
- Complete proper documentation as needed.
- Assist in training and evaluation of Surveillance Operators.
- Other duties as assigned.
