Job summary

Angel of the Winds Casino Resort seeks a Sr. Investigative Analyst to oversee Surveillance operations, act as shift manager when needed, and train staff.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills required.
• Must be at an Sr. Investigative Analyst or higher.
• Previous gaming surveillance experience required.
• All games knowledge is required.
• Comfortable working in an isolated environment with limited social interaction.
• Must have a drive for results and ability to follow-through on any task provided.
• Must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be skilled at multi-tasking and have strong capability to work independently.
• Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Surveillance department.
• Act as shift manager in the absence of the shift manager.
• Train new team members; support veteran staff's growth.
• Partner with management to create and assess training programs.
• Delegate tasks and communicate shift happenings to the team.
• Maintain confidentiality of casino, surveillance, tribal, and Gaming Commission matters.
• Monitor activities across multiple screens and investigate scams or fraud.
• Conduct audits and write detailed reports and case studies.
• Provide feedback and solutions for department improvements.
