Job summary

Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is recruiting for a Surveillance Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate with department heads, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. The role requires knowledge of all games, advantage play techniques, and a level III training within 90 days.

You will monitor activities across multiple screens, report issues to leadership, and protect assets and casino interests with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills required.
• Casino Surveillance lead or Supervisor experience required.
• All games knowledge required.
• Ability to prove knowledge of advantage play techniques is required.
• Required to pass level III training within first 90 days.
• Comfortable working in an isolated environment with little social interaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the surveillance department, partnering with shift supervisors and the director.
• Ensures team training on updates or changes in regulatory requirements.
• Communicates with department heads to ensure property protection and compliance.
• Monitors activities using multiple screens and reports issues to management.
• Protects gaming interests and assets by identifying vulnerabilities and taking corrective action.
