Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years IT/camera systems experience.
• Level II requires Associate’s degree and 3 years experience in IT/surveillance or related field.
• Familiarity with CPTED or law enforcement operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT Department to support operation, maintenance, and monitoring of video technology systems.
• Ensure all cameras are online, operational, and serviced promptly when issues arise.
• Install and maintain video surveillance equipment (IP CCTV, storage systems).
• Collect, preserve, review, and retrieve video data to support investigations and security.
