Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with computers and technology.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Virginia Racing Commission license required; valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot surveillance systems to maintain operations.
• Implement preventative maintenance to reduce failures.
• Install, configure, repair, and maintain cameras, servers, and related devices.
• Educate users to reduce recurring surveillance issues.
• Review cameras/decks to assess video and report validity.
• Conduct regular inventory and ensure asset management compliance.
• Maintain computer-controlled matrix switch for monitors and cameras.
• Stay updated on gaming laws and company policies.
• Attend daily briefings and facilitate information flow.
• Perform Surveillance Operator duties as needed.
• Perform other related duties.
