Job summary

phlcareers-livech is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to oversee CCTV operations and protect casino assets. You will supervise team members, review activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls and state gaming regulations.

The role requires strong knowledge of Table Games and collaboration with all departments. The position includes scheduling, training, and ongoing reporting duties to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 4+ years in casino surveillance; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must comply with state gaming regulations and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Observe all activities on the casino floor via CCTV for criminal activity and policy violations.
• Monitor safety hazards in casino, atrium, and parking areas to protect guests and staff.
• Operate monitor room equipment and generate reports as needed.
• Supervise department staff on procedures for protecting assets and maintaining internal controls.
• Assist in scheduling and training of staff.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all Table Games and gaming/non-gaming departments.
• Report violations to management and review actions with Surveillance Management.
• Meet with departmental leaders as necessary; perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Observe all activities of guest and team members on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activities and/or violation of the state lottery and gaming commission regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Observe areas of the casino, atrium, and parking areas for safety hazards to ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees.
• Operate monitor room equipment.
• Complete proper reports and documentation as needed.
• Supervises department team members on procedures for protecting casino assets and internal controls to ensure the safety and security of the team members and guests.
• Assist in scheduling and training of staff.
• Thorough working knowledge of all Table Games.
• Thorough working knowledge of all gaming and non-gaming departments.
• Report all violations and suspicious activity to management.
• Review surveillance department actions, personnel and processes with Surveillance Management.
• Meet with departmental management and leaders as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need to Succeed

• Knowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.
• Must be able to read/write in the English language.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Great to Haves

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) year’s work experience in casino surveillance with at least two (2) years as a Supervisor or above.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
