Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to supervise team members and monitor casino assets via CCTV, ensuring compliance with state gaming regulations and internal controls.

You will oversee daily operations, review reports, assist in scheduling and training, and coordinate with Surveillance Management. Strong English, CCTV knowledge, and excellent customer service are essential. High school diploma required; prior casino surveillance supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe guest and team activities on the casino floor and CCTV to detect criminal activity and policy violations.
• Monitor safety hazards across casino areas and ensure guest and employee safety.
• Operate monitor room equipment and complete reports as needed.
• Supervise staff on asset protection and internal controls.
• Assist in scheduling and training of surveillance staff.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of table games and gaming/non-gaming departments.
• Report violations and suspicious activity to management.
• Review actions with Surveillance Management and meet leadership as needed.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Observe all activities of guest and team members on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activities and/or violation of the state lottery and gaming commission regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Observe areas of the casino, atrium, and parking areas for safety hazards to ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees.
• Operate monitor room equipment.
• Complete proper reports and documentation as needed.
• Supervises department team members on procedures for protecting casino assets and internal controls to ensure the safety and security of the team members and guests.
• Assist in scheduling and training of staff.
• Thorough working knowledge of all Table Games.
• Thorough working knowledge of all gaming and non-gaming departments.
• Report all violations and suspicious activity to management.
• Review surveillance department actions, personnel and processes with Surveillance Management.
• Meet with departmental management and leaders as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills You'll Need To Succeed

Great to Haves

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) year’s work experience in casino surveillance with at least two (2) years as a Supervisor or above.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
