Job summary

Caesars Entertainment operates Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino in Indiana and is seeking a surveillance professional. The role includes implementing approved procedures, training and scheduling staff, and evaluating surveillance personnel, with daily activity reviews and shift reports for the Director.

Applicants should have related work experience, a minimum of three years in casino surveillance, be 21 or older, and able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License; physical requirements include

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License.

Additional Requirements

• Also required are frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, lifting, reaching, climbing steps and sitting.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino is a smoking establishment, therefore must be able to work in a smoking environment.
• Must be able to work in a highly populated fast-paced and noisy environment.
