GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer!

Are you ready to serve as a Surveillance Security Guard?

This role requires a keen eye for detail, monitoring multiple screens to identify potential threats. Highlight your strong observation skills and attention to detail in your application.

As a Surveillance Security Officer, you will be responsible for identifying threats early in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

• Site Location: Minneapolis, MN
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Hourly wage of $23 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems for suspicious activity
• Document incidents and write detailed reports
• Respond promptly to incidents or threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety
• Control access and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
• Protect individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent visual attention and concentration
• Proficiency with technology
• Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Security experience preferred
• Level 2 certification or willingness to obtain it
• State license if required
