Job summary

Bechtel Manufacturing and Technology leads major projects with a focus on robust quality surveillance programs. You will implement the project Quality Management System (QMS), oversee inspections, and ensure conformance to ISO 9001 standards across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project performance.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standard requirements.
• Experience leading surveillances across EPC projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises quality surveillance activities covered by the QMS and project quality plan (PQP).
• Establishes and leads Surveillance teams.
• Prepares annual project Surveillance schedule.
• Reviews and reports on project QA procedures and surveillance results.
