Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a skilled Quality Management professional to evaluate engineering, procurement, and construction activities. You will lead audits, develop metrics, and implement continuous improvements within a 100% ESOP-owned environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accountability, and collaboration across teams to ensure high-quality outcomes on complex projects in energy and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Engineering, Management, Quality, or Business.
• 10 years of experience specific to nuclear, process assessment or supplier performance programs.
• Certified Lead Auditor, American Society for Quality Certification.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records) as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, control, and improve specialized quality programs.
• Establish standards for nuclear energy, supplier performance, and process assessments.
• Develop training and reporting for program metrics to management.
• Monitor progress and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain program records and ensure audits are objective and unbiased.
