Bechtel seeks a senior Supplier Quality professional in Houston for on-site leadership with part-time telework. You will manage supplier quality surveillance, inspections, and documentation to ensure conformity with procurement requirements, driving corrective actions and dispositions.

The role requires extensive experience in supplier quality, audits, and complex industrial projects, with readiness to collaborate across Bechtel teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 5–8 years in supplier quality on projects.
• 12+ years in construction project supplier quality, expediting, inspection, audits and testing.
• Experience in Renewables, Pipeline, Petrochemical, Refining, LNG, Renewable Energy, Fracking, Heat treatment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bechtel as supplier quality point of contact on projects.
• Perform quality surveillance and hands-on inspections of supplier equipment and materials.
• Review procurement document requirements with supplier representatives.
• Reject nonconforming material and coordinate disposition actions.
• Release conforming material for shipment and coordinate with Bechtel teams.
